Hi all,
When I saw that China Glaze was doing a My Little Pony inspired collection I knew I needed them all, so for the next few days I'll be showing you the colors and some nail art I've done with them. The first on the list is Where's the Party Canon At? It is a beautiful magenta jelly filled with small holographic hex glitter, this was a surprise since it's was opaque in 2 coats even though I used 3 to make sure I didn't have any bald spots. On to the pics: Hi guys,
I have another New Year's mani today, I tried a million different options for fireworks stamps and none of them looked good enough so I decided to keep it simple cause I was getting frustrated and couldn't make it work. I pulled this beauty from my stash called Lady of the Lake by AEngland cause of the awesome holo sparkle it gives out, and added a simple gold starry stamp from the Moyou London Festive 06 plate and with China Glaze Passion that I mixed with some Kleancolor Metallic Red to give it a little extra color like fireworks have. It's not the best design but I think it can work out if you don't have time to do a full on, out of this world mani. What do you think? Hi guys,
Christmas Eve is finally here and I had no idea what to do with my nails until I though of how much I like being warm and cozy with new PJ's after diner and lo and behold the plaid idea popped into my head. I don't really wear plaid but it reminds me of flannel which is as close as you can get. For this stamp I used Moyou London Hipster 06 stamped with MDU Reddish. The black sparkly base is from NailGirls Black #4 (hope they had an actual name for their polishes) with one coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust for extra sparkle. .Hi guys, Just a couple of days left before Christmas and I'm getting more excited by the minute, I've enjoyed so much thinking about designs for the holidays and actually seeing them come alive that I'm gonna miss it. This design I knew I wanted to do but I wasn't sure what color to use as background or for the stamping on the leaves, I tried like 3 different combinations and didn't like any until this one, it's soft and the holly really pops out against the light gray background, don't you think? Anyways, the grey background is Nubar Earthen, and the holly was stamped using MDU Spring Green and 2 Moyou London Festive Plates 06 and 17, the leaves I colored using China Glaze Glittering Garland. Thank you for reading!!
Happy Saturday!! Can't believe next week is Christmas already, time when by so fast and I won't have time to do as many holiday nails as possible so I'll try to post one many everyday till December 25th. For today's mani I have this mitten design that I think is adorable, I've worn this mani twice already, cause the first time I didn't take pics and I had to share it with you guys. The base color is China Glaze Re-Fresh Mint, stamped with MDU Reddish and the BM -H03 plate from Bundle Monster, the stamps are made as decals using a WnW white polish to color the background. What do you think? Thank you for reading!!
Hi guys, I'm really excited about today's post cause I finally filmed another short tutorial and cause I really love how this mani turned out. It's inspired by Taylor Swift's outfit for this years VMAS (yes, I'm a swiftie). I gotta admit I didn't think I would do a houndstooth design in a long time cause I've used it several times before but when I saw her in the red carpet I knew I could use that for my nails, cause the pattern looked so festive and fun, also color appropriate for fall or a night out. What do you think of her outfit? I did a quick video tutorial for this mani that you can watch right here. I love how it sparkles and to be honest I never thought about a bronze to silver gradient before and I'm loving it, I'm pretty sure I can mix it up a bit for a halloween desing maybe... We'll see. Hope you enjoyed the video and the design. Let me know if you've ever been immediately inspired by someone's outfit like I was for this mani.
Thanks for reading ♥ Hi guys, I have a more subtle and delicate mani today, I usually do bright colors but sometimes I also like to tone it down and have a palette cleanser on my nails, even though this design also has color on it. The stamp is from the Cici&Sisi plate 27, I did a decal for my ring finger using 2 different colors for the image and then for the rest of my fingers I used the leafs part of the image only just to make it like an accent on the edge. Base color is China Glaze Friends Forever, right? stamped with MDU Spring Green and Nabu. I tried to add another flower to my middle finger with MDU Redish but I didn't like it, what do you guys think? Hope you liked this design. If you have any questions, requests or suggestions on how should I paint my nails next let me know in the comments.
Thank you for reading <3 Hi guys, Been away for a long time, at first I was just on vacation but then when I got back I barely painted my nails cause there were some stuff to fix here in the house and just now I'm trying to force myself to get on the grove again. I decided to start with a simple design, this was made using the Cici&Sisi02 plate, China Glaze Too Yatch To Handle and Wet and Wild French White Creme, it was inspired by a pattern I saw online but now I can't find it again to show it to you. Does that ever happen to you? I'll go look for more inspiration online for my next mani. Thank you for reading ♥Hi guys, I'm severely addicted to mandala designs, it's like the only thing I wanna stamp and doodle right now, they're just so detailed, complicated and beautiful. For today's post I'm using one of the designs from my Cici&Sisi03 plate that looks like a mandala. I did the pastel neon accent with it. On my pinky I'm wearing Butter London Dark Knight and the pink is China Glaze Bottoms up. Can't you see how pretty it looks and why I'm so enamored with it? Remember that you can check the quick tutorial for my Lemonade Nails on youtube ☺ Hi guys, In the spirit of spring I've been obsessing over pastel polishes and only wearing pastel manicures which almost never happens, I usually go for neon colors all year round. Anyways, I've decided to dust off my China Glaze Secret Periwink-le for this manicure cause it's just too pretty. As accent nail I did a decal with my Moyou London Festive 14 plate and added some sparkle to my other nails with China Glaze Fairy Dust. The top coat smudged the design a little but it's not really noticeable without the help of a macro shot. Thanks for reading ☺ |
